The project

Turning the approved Level Up! scripts into one consistent presentation system.

Money Jar has developed the lesson content and scripts for its Junior and Senior financial literacy programs.

Buddy's role is to establish the visual direction, build a reusable presentation system and design each lesson into a polished, editable deck.

The result will be a consistent collection of presentations that are clear, engaging and easy for the Money Jar team to update and deliver.

Buddy establishes the presentation style, reusable layouts, typography, colours and visual rules.

Junior Lesson 1, What is Money?, is designed first as the pilot presentation.

Money Jar provides one consolidated round of feedback. Lesson 1 must be approved before work begins on the remaining slides.

Full production

Once the pilot is approved, Buddy applies the agreed system across the Senior presentation.

Approval of Lesson 1 locks in the overall visual system, layout approach and presentation style for the remaining lessons.

Delivery

A focused two week presentation production timeline.

Presentation delivery is approximately two weeks from signed approval, deposit payment and receipt of all final approved scripts.

The two week delivery period depends on prompt approval of Lesson 1 and assumes final scripts are supplied before production begins. Delays in content or feedback may move the delivery date.

Allow approximately one additional week for physical printing and lamination after the final activity card design is approved.

The proposal includes one consolidated revision round for the presentation design.

Money Jar will combine all stakeholder feedback into one clear response. The first revision round will be applied to Lesson 1 before the visual system is approved and rolled out across the remaining presentations.

Minor text corrections can be included where practical. New content, rewritten scripts, additional slides, major structural changes or a change in art direction after Lesson 1 approval may require a separate quote.

How is the project divided between the Junior and Senior presentations?

No. They are a transparent cost breakdown of one complete $2,850 project, not separate packages or competing options.

Are the presentations editable?

Yes. Final presentation files will be supplied in PowerPoint, with a presentation system designed to work with Canva where practical.

Is scriptwriting included?

No. The proposal is based on final, approved scripts supplied by Money Jar.

How many revision rounds are included?

One consolidated revision round is included. Lesson 1 is reviewed and approved before the presentation system is applied to the remaining lessons.

Are activity cards included?

Lesson 1 A4 activity-card design is an optional add-on at $1,200 + GST. Printing and lamination coordination is a separate optional add-on at $600 + GST.

Is physical printing included?

No. Physical printing, paper, lamination, delivery and other third-party supplier charges are quoted separately. The $600 add-on covers coordination of that production only.

How long will the project take?

Allow approximately two weeks for the presentation design project after signed approval, deposit payment and receipt of final approved scripts. Physical printing and lamination require approximately one additional week after approval of the final activity card artwork.
